Riassunto

Sul dizionario della lingua italiana la definizione di “idoneità” è riassunta in “qualità di idoneo”, ove per “idoneo” si intende chi ha le qualità, i requisiti, i mezzi necessari per fare “quella cosa”. In ambito lavorativo il concetto di “idoneità lavorativa”, pur non avendo una propria specifica definizione, viene regolato (e interpretato) in base alle leggi vigenti.
