Riassunto

Per la diagnosi di dermatite allergica da contatto sono necessarie alcune conferme, quali la dimostrazione mediante i patch test dell’avvenuta sensibilizzazione, l’accurata interpretazione delle reazioni ai patch test e la valutazione della rilevanza clinica delle stesse reazioni positive. Questi parametri, peraltro interdipendenti, possono presentare alcune difficoltà (Angelini et al., 2009; Beattie et al., 2006; Belsito, 2004).
