Abstract

Treatment of the post-traumatic nose is extremely delicate and requires highly professional technical equipment. The first rumor to be debunked is that functional surgery is separated from aesthetic surgery. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Functional surgery can never be separated from aesthetic surgery and speaking of aesthetics is not as appropriate as speaking of shaping or, better, of “eumorphy”, which means normal and natural shape.
