L’endocrinochirurgia rappresenta un ambito estremamente eterogeneo per interesse d’organo e differenti approcci terapeutici, anche nel solo campo oncologico. Verranno pertanto prese in considerazione, in modo sistematico, tutte quelle che possono essere considerate le innovazioni tecniche o tecnologiche che hanno attraversato la recente pratica chirurgica di tale branca, cercando di mantenere in modo schematico la sistematizzazione per organo.
