Abstract

The current armamentarium of noninvasive radiographic imaging of the pancreas includes ultrasonography (US), computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance, imaging (MRI), and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography (ERCP). The development of these new imaging techniques has improved the ability to diagnose pancreatic carcinoma preoperatively and is discussed in this chapter.
