Abstract

The investigation is realized in a surgical unit on an anesthetized patient under respiratory assi-tance. An exploratory laparoscopy is first performed, and the small bowel is examined using two atraumatic grasping forceps from the ileocecal valve to the ligament of Treitz (Figs. 1,2).
