Maximal Acceleration Effects for Photons in Cavity Resonators

Abstract

Caianiello’s model of relativistic dynamics with a maximal acceleration can, in principle, be tested by using photons in resonant cavities. The specific effect which is derived amounts to a shift of the cavity’s resonant frequency.
