Riassunto

Salvo alcune eccezioni, le tabelle di invalidità in vigore in Italia non prevedono una specifica valutazione delle sindromi neurologiche caratterizzate da dolore cronico di origine non nota. Queste patologie si collocano però tra quelle che più frequentemente mettono in discussione la competenza diagnostica del medico-neurologo e rendono difficile la quantificazione di inabilità da parte del medico-legale. È quindi opportuno ricordare brevemente le più importanti.
