Riassunto

Si tratta indubbiamente di un tema attuale. Le cose sono infatti molto cambiate rispetto al passato recente, visto che 25 anni fa la chirurgia del rettocele la facevano per lo più i ginecologi e il termine „ostruita defecazione“ lo usavano solo i superspecialisti. I chirurghi e i gastroenterologi poco si occupavano del muscolo puborettale e soltanto qualche radiologo faceva la defecografia.
