Riassunto

La disfunzione erettile (ED) è definita come una rigidità peniena insufficiente a permettere rapporti sessuali. L’assenza di rigidità può essere completa, parziale o l’erezione può essere perduta prematuramente. In caso di perdita prematura dell’erezione, il problema è classificato come ED se la perdita dell’erezione si verifica prima dell’eiaculazione. Si può attribuire un punteggio alla gravità del problema utilizzando l’Indice Internazionale della Funzione Erettile (International Index of Erectile Function, IIEF).
