Livelli di calcemia inferiori alla norma si riscontrano abbastanza frequentemente nella pratica clinica. La presentazione clinica di un’ipocalcemia è molto variabile: infatti può essere del tutto asintomatica o dar luogo a gravi quadri clinici.
