Il modello di programmazione lineare intera Store Replenishment ha l’obiettivo di allocare in modo ottimale quantità di prodotto finito presso i punti vendita, provenienti dai magazzini intermedi della rete logistica, la quale risulta formata dai seguenti livelli:

  • primo livello: punto vendita, punto di contatto con il cliente finale;

  • secondo livello: warehouse, magazzino intermedio di stoccaggio dei prodotti finiti;

  • terzo livello: stabilimento produttivo, ove si realizza il prodotto finito, partendo dalle materie prime e dai componenti.
