Abstract

In this book, we have seen the approaches, the first routes, the thematisms, for a reevaluation of planning theory and methodology as a tool for the modern governance of public affairs. It is a matter of first approach, aimed at fixing some “boundaries” within which the planning theory can be re-founded as, in my opinion, a safer and more effective development.
