L’anafilassi può essere classificata in base al tipo di agente causale (tenendo presente che nel 5–30% dei casi non è possibile identificare alcuna eziologia) [15], all’andamento clinico, alla severità dell’episodio ed al meccanismo patogenetico coinvolto.
