Le indicazioni alla stadiazione invasiva in corso di NSCLC risultano un argomento ancora dibattuto. In particolare permane ancora controversa la necessità di eseguire su tutti i pazienti la stadiazione invasiva mediastinica: molto dipende dall’atteggiamento mentale del chirurgo toracico.
