Abstract
Infective leg ulcers could be bacterial, fungal or protozoal. The common manifestations of infective leg ulcers are as erysipelas, fasciitis necroticans, ulcerating pyoderma, gas gangrene, ecthyma gangrenosum, anthrax and madura mycosis. Targetted antibiotic therapy along with repeated surgical debridement are the mainstay of therapy.
