Abstract

PDB structure of Ferredoxin (1FCT) is acquired from RSCB protein data bank (http://www.pdb.org/pdb/home/home.do) and Protein sequence of HydA1 (AAL23572.1) of C. reinhardtii from NCBI (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/).
