Abstract

The study of engineering colleges revealed that majority of the library, digitizing their library, is very slow due to facing lots of constraints such as budgetary curtailments, declined customer base, shortage of trained manpower, inadequate space, lack of professional zeal, and work culture. In this paper, practicable and feasible suggestions are provided based on the observations, findings, and analysis of the library of engineering colleges under West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT), West Bengal.
