Abstract

Software capability maturity model and software engineering are two inseparable aspects of the software process, this paper analyzes the need for the both integration, proposed a kind of construction method of grade-3 system for GJB5000A-2008 based on the software engineering process, and instance the compliance and effectiveness of this method with the software engineering process and software capability maturity model.
