Design and Analysis of Spiral Inductors

Abstract

Voltage controlled oscillators are used in many analog and RF signal processing systems. It is one of the key building blocks of RF transceivers. With the rapid growth and advancement of wireless communication systems and standards, there has been an increasing demand of high performance and fully integrated GHz voltage controlled oscillators.
