Abstract

Nowadays the knee implant surgery is most often the solution for Bone sorption and Bone damage. This will cause huge demand on the requirement of knee simulator testing machine which is used to calculate the number of cycle times of the artificial knee prosthesis. Each and every prosthesis has to be tested at least 5–10 million cycles in the simulator which have to be implanted in the human body with expected lifetime of 10 years after the implant. This study deals with the basic anatomy of the human knee with previous simulators and their working methods.
