Abstract

What is a physical system for describing dynamics of biological systems? A candidate is a non-equilibrium dissipative system with asymmetric interaction. A minimal model formulated with Newtonian equation of particles in such a system is presented and analyzed mathematically and numerically. Through the investigations of models, we show general properties in such systems.
