Abstract

Many studies on the effectiveness of therapy in glioma cases have been reported thus far [1–7, 9–12], but several problems in the analysis of such results have been apparent. In our attempt to avoid such difficulties, we evaluated the effectiveness of radiation + ACNU + FT-207 + PSK (RAFP) therapy in 72 glioma cases by means of computed tomography (CT). Here, we report our results and discuss the various problems encountered in the treatment of glioma and the evaluation of therapeutic results.
