Abstract
Chronic Middle Ear Infection Diseases/ Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (CSOM) or known as “Congek” in Indonesian colloquial language, is a chronic in-fection in middle ear that characterized by chronic discharge from middle ear through a perforated tympanic membrane (Fig.1, 2).
