Abstract
The World Health Organization (WHO) defines severe hearing impairment as hearing loss more than 60 dB in the better hearing ear. Few terms need explanation here. Decibel which is written as dB is the unit of intensity (how loud or how faint) of sound. According to the WHO the normal hearing is between 0 to 25 dB.
