Serous Cystadenocarcinoma

Serous cystadenocarcinoma is extremely rare. Thus far, only four cases have been reported [1–4]. In our case [2, 5], both serous cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma coexisted in the same patient, which gave us an opportunity to compare the patterns of these two biologically different tumors.
