Developments of Protection Technologies for Concrete Structures in Marine Environment

Abstract

Concrete structures have been wide-spreadly constructed since concrete structures are recognized to be reliable and minimum maintenance structures. Onshore concrete structures, a part of marine coast highways, bay bridges and artificial islands are placed in offshore areas around the Japanese coast.
