High Tc SQUID

Abstract

A high Tc SQUID was developed with high magnetic field resolution. It becomes to be able to detect biomagnetic field. We have developed a 4-channel and a 16-channel high Tc SQUID systems and succeeded in the detection of multi-channel magnetocardiograms.
