Abstract

Many types of data logging system have been introduced so far. However, we have not yet seen a suitable system which fits for clinical setting. Because, most of the systems were made without considering clinical personnel’s need. For example, one has to punch the keyboard so many times to feed the computer and to reproduce t.he old data, or the analog data recorder has to be handled with complicated manipulation. As a result, only bedside monitors are working in most of the intensive care unit. So, we created the present system under the consideration that 1) the computers can be operated with simple procedure, 2)the analog data recorders work automatically, 3) and the analog data can be reproduced easily and usefully.
