Real Time Joint of Pharmacokinetic Simulation and Monitoring in Inhalational Agents

We designed a software predicting brain (Vessel Rich Group) tissue concentration (described in MAC-multiples) of inhaled anesthetic agents with use of our former reported 9-compartments pharmacokinetic model1) mainly referred to Lowe et al2) and so one3-6)(Fig 1).
