Abstract
Maintenance of enough organ blood flow and appropriate oxygen supply/demand balance is a very important component of anesthetic management of major surgeries. Recently developed venous oxygen saturation monitoring is useful to estimate the enough organ perfusion, and more, can provide us continuous information.
