Abstract
The interaction ways between enzyme and amphopathics depend on the polarity of reaction medium. 1. during the esterification catalyzed by lipase in benzen, the activity of lipase was incresed 3 folds by adding amphopathics A, B, C. 2. The thermostability and resistence to pepsin hydrolysis of cholinesterase were improved by adding Tween 20, Tween 80, Alkeslguhr to aquous reaction. 3. The activity of cellulose was inhibited by 10% ethanol. By adding Tween 20. Tween 80. BRIJ 35, cellulase relieved the inhibition of ethanol and its half-life increased 2-3. folds the results showed that amphopathics affected the properties of enzyme by different ways, but this effect was intimately related to conc. and structure of amophopatics.
