Abstract
The uniform resonating valence bond state is investigated in terms of the gauge field, which represents the local constraint and the fluctuation of the spin chirality. The two contradictory pictures of the normal state of the high-T c superconductors, i.e., the doped Mott insulator and the metal with a large fermi surface, are unified. The transport properties are governed by the bosons and we obtain the T-linear resistivity and temperature dependent Hall constant which are in agreement with the experiments.
