Abstract

I would like to make just one comment concerning both hardware and software. I think that in every case, a difference emerges between science and engineering. Involved as I am in engineering, everything is located at the farthest point downstream, so to speak. In the case of science, whether you are dealing with software or hardware, everything is done once, used one, and published once.
