Abstract
A thick film of YBa2Cu3O7-x with TC=73K is obtained by a spray pyrolysis method using mixed solutions of Ba-and Y-acetyl aceton complexes in formalin and a Cu-acetyl aceton complex in chloroform. This film is dense and oriented with c-axis perpendicular to substrate surface. The composition of Ba(C103)2 which lowers Tc is often observed in the film prepared by this method.
