Structural Parameter Dependence of the Quantum Behavior of Small Superconductor Junctions

Abstract

Quantum-mechanical study is made on the junction parameters of Josephson junction and its dual device, Phase-Quantum-Tunneling junction concerning both tunnel-type and bridge-type devices. The theoretical results agree with experiments fairly well.
