Abstract
REALOS/286 is the realtime operating system based on ITRON/MMU, which is an extended specification of ITRON adapted to a processor having a hardware memory management unit (MMU). The most significant feature is the provision of memory protection for a realtime system. It is especially useful for a large multitasking application system because it improves system quality and reliability.
