Abstract
Motor vehicles are a primary source of transportation for mankind. Consequently, “Human Factors” must be incorporated into motor vehicle design to ensure safety as well as comfort. The interaction between man and machine is diagrammed in the “Man-Vehicle System” proposed by Professor Hirao of Tokyo University (Fig. 1).
