Abstract
In this chapter, we present some important matrices used when generating perspective drawings. There are mainly four coordinate systems in this process, namely, the world-, eye-, normalized perspective- and 3-D screen-coordinate systems. In conventional practice, these coordinate systems, except for the world-coordinate system, have usually employed the left-hand system. One of the purposes of this book is to provide a consistent four-dimensional geometric computation system. For consistency, we shall use the standard right-hand coordinate approach for all coordinate systems related to the display process.
