Effect of Scattering on Ballistic Transport in GaAs/GaAlAs Heterostructures: Magnetotransport in Anti-Dot Lattice

Summary

Magnetoresistance of a hexagonal array of anti-dots is investigated. Several magnetoresistance peaks are observed and the results are in good agreement with simple geometrical calculation. However, the calculation cannot explain the relative peak intensities at lower carrier concentration.
