Abstract

The neuromuscular (NM) effects of SZ1676 1-[3α,17ß-bis(acetyloxy)-2ß-(1,4-dioxa-8-azaspiro[4,5]dec-8-yl)-5α-androstan-16ß-yl]-1-(2-propenyl)-pyrrolidinium Br., its 3-OH derivative, SZ1677 and vecuronium were compared in beagle dogs.
