Abstract

The effects of rocuronium on neuromuscular blockade (NMB) have been studied in paediatric patients only during halothane (1,2). It was claimed that the action of rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg is significantly longer in infants than in children. We compared the potency of rocuronium in infants, children and adults during balanced anaesthesia.
