Abstract

Interaction between depolarizing and non-depolarizing neuromuscular blockers is a poorly understood phenomenon. We studied the effects of hexamethonium (hex) and decamethonium (dec) with isobolographic analysis in a rat phrenic nerve-hemidiaphragm preparation.
