Coded Harmonic Angio (GE LOGIQ 700 EXPERT Series)

  • Masatoshi Kudo

Since the first ultrasonic contrast medium became available in Japan, the behavior and features of Lev-ovist have been clarified. Microbubbles of average radius, 1.3 μm, smaller than the ultrasonic wavelength utilized by ordinary diagnostic units, make the reflected signals small and depiction by B-mode ultrasonography (US) difficult.
