Abstract
Hairline design among Asians with varied ethnicities poses some challenges. In ESEA, the majority have broad and wide faces compared to South and West Asians. Surgeons must understand the patient’s needs or requests, and they should be realistic based on the degree of current and future hair loss. A well-designed hairline, being the benchmark of the hair surgeon, should frame the patient’s face very well even as the patient ages.
