Active Symmetrical and Asymmetrical Chain Circuits: Investigation of Their Peculiarities for Modeling Process of Currents Distribution in Short-Circuited Rotor Windings

This chapter develops investigation methods for active U-shaped chain (recurrent) circuits of various structures in relation to designs of short-circuited rotor windings of large A.C. machines; EMFs of links vary with link number under a certain law, for example, harmonic one.
