Abstract
The signal mode for \(\nu _\mu \rightarrow \nu _e\) oscillation measurement is the CCQE interaction of \(\nu _e\). A combination of cuts is developed to maximize the signal efficiency and purity and to minimize the contamination of the background interaction modes. The detail of the event selection is described in Sect. 9.1. The uncertainties in the event selection efficiency is estimated by using various data samples. The systematic uncertainty estimation is summarized in Sect. 9.2.
