DNA Electronics and Photonics

Part of the Springer Series in Materials Science book series (SSMATERIALS, volume 209)

This chapter describes the applications of DNA-functional molecule complexes for electronic and photonic devices. The first section provides a short overview of DNA-functional molecule complex structures. Then, we review the DNA-related organic transistor and organic light-emitting diode in the successive sections.
