In this chapter, we propose an example of an optimal solution to the problem of sharing of Teesta water, especially during the dry season between India and Bangladesh and also some other proposals regarding water management and control during rainy season. These proposals would be realized only if Indian Government and the Government of Bangladesh decide to cooperate with each other. Although some general proposals have been drawn based on a previous survey, the most proposals are derived from the results of the model and those would be effective to give an incentive to the Indian Government if she is logical.
