Recently, development of new spintoronic devices without applying a magnetic field has been a target of intensive researches. The Rashba effect, which appears in the two-dimensional plane such as a surface and an interface, has been regarded as a useful candidate to develop the next-generation spintronic devices owing to the spin split nature of bands originating from the spin-orbit coupling. Spin-resolved photoemission spectroscopy is a powerful experimental technique which can simultaneously determine all key quantum parameters of electrons in solids, i.e.
